Seven ranked teams lost over the weekend, including two in the top-10, while five previously undefeated schools suffered their first loss of the season, causing another notable shake-up in the new top 25 college football rankings heading into Week 7.

Where we left off: Last week's Coaches Poll rankings

No game was more important than the Red River Shootout, which delivered some last-second heroics as Oklahoma got past Texas with a statement goal line stand and a late touchdown drive led by quarterback Dillon Gabriel.

Where does that leave things in the polls? Here's your updated look at the new rankings heading into Week 7, according to the coaches' vote.

How about the AP top 25 poll? Let's predict the Week 7 football rankings

Others receiving votes

These teams earned votes, but not enough to make the rankings

Miami 74; Wyoming 60; Air Force 58; Iowa 57; Maryland 37; Clemson 33; West Virginia 24; Wisconsin 23; Texas A&M 22; Tulane 18; James Madison 9; BYU 9; Fresno State 4; Ohio 2; Memphis 2; Florida 2; Liberty 1.

Schools that dropped out

No. 17 Miami. All the Hurricanes had to do was take a knee, but a fumble and a TD the other way sank the ACC hopefuls against Georgia Tech.

No. 24 Fresno State. A costly loss to a better-than-you think Wyoming team that gave Texas some trouble earlier this year.

Coaches Poll top 25 biggest movers

Kansas (Up 10). The Jayhawks are 5-1 after running for almost 400 yards in a big win over conference foe UCF.

Notre Dame (Down 10). The Irish offense shifted into neutral at Louisville, who picked off Sam Hartman three times and held ND to 1.6 yards rushing.

Washington State (Down 5). The high-flying Cougar attack couldn't get past UCLA's defense on the road in their first loss of the season.

Louisville (Up 10). The Cardinals are 6-0 in Jeff Brohm's debut season behind some very impressive skill players and a solid passing game.

Oklahoma (Up 5). Dillon Gabriel led a last-minute touchdown drive after the Sooners made a statement goal line stand against Texas in the Red River Shootout.

Texas (Down 7). Quinn Ewers had three turnovers at the Cotton Bowl, and still put the Longhorns in position to win the game late, but to no avail.

USC (Down 2). This just doesn't look like a serious team, playing still more generous defense and even struggling offensively in a three-overtime win over unranked Arizona at home.
