Alabama just made another bombshell move in the college football transfer portal after former Louisville wide receiver Tyler Harrell committed to the Crimson Tide.

"Just with the quarterback, with Bryce Young," Harrell told 247Sports on why he picked Alabama.

"I just feel like with his arm and his capability of throwing the ball, I feel like our chemistry would be fine with the speed I have and the capability I have, as well. I feel like we could go a long way with it."

Harrell visited with Alabama during the Crimson Tide's A-Day Game shortly after announcing he would transfer from Louisville.

The wide receiver described the feeling at Bryant-Denny as "an experience I ain't ever seen before. I was excited about it... Everything was just great."

Alabama's offense figures to be great with Harrell on the receiving end. One of the fastest players at any position in college football, Harrell had 18 catches for 523 yards and six touchdowns a year ago at Louisville. A credible deep threat, the Miami native caught touchdown passes of 59 yards, 75 yards, and 92 yards as a collegian.

Harrell's addition highlights a banner offseason for Alabama in the transfer portal, a campaign for Nick Saban and company that included former Georgia wide receiver Jermaine Burton, running back Jahmyr Gibbs, defensive back Eli Ricks, and offensive tackle Tyler Steen.
