Atlanta Braves superstar Ronald Acuna Jr. didn't get a hit on Friday night in a lopsided 8-1 win over the Colorado Rockies but found a way to impact the game anyways, walking, stealing a base and scoring a run.

With the stolen base, Acuna continues to rewrite the baseball history books.

Ronald Acuña Jr. is the 1st player in MLB history with 15 HR and 30 SB in the first 70 games of a season.

Acuna is certainly on a short list of MVP candidates in the National League right now. He's hitting .327 and has been the catalyst for a Braves team that is 44-26 and leads the National League East by 5.0 games over the Miami Marlins.

His .327 average is second in all of baseball while his 30 stolen bases are second as well. His 15 homers are tied for 14th.

He's been a well-rounded player at the top of the Braves order and instantly puts pressure on opposing teams and opposing pitchers.

The 25-year-old star is a lifetime .284 hitter with 135 home runs and 341 RBI. He's now got 137 stolen bases as well.

He won the Rookie of the Year award in 2018 and is already a three-time All-Star selection. He helped the Braves win the World Series in 2021 and absolutely has a chance to add more hardware to his collection this season, both on the team and individual fronts.

The Braves play the Rockies again on Saturday at 4:10 p.m. ET. Connor Seabold goes for Colorado against Bryce Elder.
