Atlanta Braves superstar Ronald Acuna Jr. hit another massive home run on Saturday afternoon, and he joined some of the best sluggers in baseball in some fun and unique history in the process.

Per Sarah Langs of MLB.com on Twitter:

112.6 mph!

this is Ronald Acuña Jr’s 29th HR at 112+ mph since the start of 2019, 3rd-most in MLB in that span, behind only:

Aaron Judge: 34

Giancarlo Stanton: 31

Sure, it's only a five-year sample size, but still, any time that you can join Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton? That's pretty impressive. Especially for a leadoff hitter!

Acuna is now hitting .333 this season with 13 homers, 27 RBI and 28 stolen bases. He's also slugging a robust .975. He's third in the majors in batting average (behind Luis Arraez and Freddie Freeman), is second in runs scored (55), and is second in stolen bases.

The 25-year-old is one of the best young players in baseball. He's already won a Rookie of the Year award (2018) and been named an All-Star three times. He also helped the Braves win the World Series in 2021.

The Braves beat the Washington Nationals on Saturday, 6-4. Acuna went 3-4 with three RBI and two runs scored.

The win moved Atlanta to 40-24 on the season while Washington fell to 25-38.

The Braves lead the Miami Marlins in the National League East by 4.5 games. They've won eight of their last 10 games.

Atlanta and Washington finish out the series on Sunday afternoon at 1:35 p.m. ET.
