The Los Angeles Dodgers routed the San Diego Padres 11-2 on Tuesday night, evening up the series with their National League West rivals.

Freddie Freeman led the charge for LA, going 4-for-5 with four runs scored, two RBI and a home run.

Freeman, who is battling with Mookie Betts, Matt Olson and Ronald Acuna Jr. for the National League MVP award, is now hitting .339 with 26 homers, 93 RBI and 18 stolen bases. He's put together an astounding .995 OPS.

He also turned 34-years-old on Tuesday, putting himself into a class in some unique baseball history.

The seven-time All-Star has also already won a National League MVP award while with the Braves and is a three-time Silver Slugger winner. He's looking to help the Dodgers win their second World Series since 2020 and he's looking for his second World Series ring. He won the title with the Braves in 2021.

Lifetime, Freeman is a .302 hitter. He's got 318 home runs and 1,134 RBI over 14 seasons with the Braves and Dodgers.

The Dodgers and Padres will play again on Wednesday night in Los Angeles. First pitch is set for 10:10 p.m. ET as Blake Snell (SD) pitches against Ryan Pepiot (LAD).

Snell is 13-9 with a 2.52 ERA while Pepiot is 2-0 with a 0.86.
