The Chicago White Sox are the most disappointing team in baseball thus far. They don't have the worst record, and they don't have the worst players, but they are the most disappointing team.

The White Sox are 10-22 despite being loaded with stars like Luis Robert, Tim Anderson and Dylan Cease, and despite having several high contract players like Andrew Benintendi and Yasmani Grandal.

Injuries have played a part in the White Sox poor season, but the bullpen has failed and roster depth has been a glaring issue.

If the White Sox decided to cash in their chips and trade players, they'd have teams lining up for the likes of Cease, Anderson, Robert, Eloy Jimenez and Lucas Giolito. But because the team plays in the woeful American League Central, they are only 8.0 games out of first place and remain one good winning streak away from being back in contention.

As a result, ESPN MLB Insider Buster Olney told 'The Brady Farkas Show' on WDEV Radio that he thinks the White Sox will remain committed to the current roster and will wait a long time to decide whether or not to sell. You can hear his full comments below but here is a partial transcript.

"Not for a while. One thing we know is that the owner, Jerry Reinsdorf, he is competitive probably to the point where it becomes a problem..."

The White Sox will open up a weekend series with the Cincinnati Reds on Friday. Lance Lynn will pitch against Hunter Greene and first pitch is 6:40 p.m. ET.
