Starting Lineups, Pitchers for Atlanta Braves vs. Miami Marlins Game Wednesday
The Atlanta Braves (20-10) and Miami Marlins (16-14) will play game two of their three-game series Wednesday night in Miami, Florida at loanDepot Park at 6:40 p.m. ET.
Atlanta took game one Tuesday night, shutting out Miami in a 6-0 victory. The Marlins road into the series hot off a sweep of the Chicago Cubs, over the weekend. Entering play Wednesday, Miami is tied for second place with the New York Mets, four games back of the Braves for first place. If the club is able to bounce back and pick up a pair of wins Wednesday and Thursday, it would gain two games in the standings.
After leading Major League Baseball in wins a season ago, Braves starter Kyle Wright (0-1, 4.86 ERA) will try for his first win of the 2023 season. He will take the mound against Marlins starting pitcher Braxton Garrett (1-0, 2.45 ERA).
