Starting Lineups, Pitchers for Philadelphia Phillies vs. Houston Astros Sunday Night Baseball Game
The Philadelphia Phillies (15-13) and Houston Astros (14-13) will wrap up a three-game series Sunday night on ESPN's broadcast of Sunday Night Baseball at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas at 7:10 p.m. ET.
In the teams' first meeting since last fall's World Series, the Phillies are on the cusp of sweeping the reigning champions, exacting their revenge. The Phillies took game one of the series 3-1 on Friday and game two 6-1 on Saturday. After a slow start, the Phillies are beginning to heat up, with 2021 National League MVP Bryce Harper nearing a return. Philadelphia has won seven of its last eight games and is currently on a four-game win streak.
Phillies starting pitcher Bailey Falter (0-4, 4.50 ERA) will look for his first win of the season when he takes the mound Sunday evening. Jose Urquidy (1-2, 5.64 ERA) will start for the Astros.
