Brendan Schaub Shares Prediction For Aljamain Sterling vs. Sean O'Malley At UFC 292
Brendan Schaub has revealed his pick for the UFC 292 headliner between Aljamain Sterling and Sean O'Malley.
Schaub will be paying close attention to the big UFC pay-per-view this Saturday night (August 19). Capping off the night will be Sterling putting his bantamweight gold on the line against O'Malley. This will be O'Malley's first UFC title opportunity.

During a new episode of "The Schaub Show," Brendan Schaub said that Aljamain Sterling is a nightmare for anyone he shares the Octagon with.
"He's a bad matchup for everybody," Schaub said. "It's not a knock on 'Sugar,' but when you compare what these guys do great, obviously, 'Sugar' has such an advantage when it comes to standup game. Aljo has a significant advantage when it comes to grappling, the wrestling, being in big fights, beating better opponents."
Ultimately, Schaub believes he knows who will emerge victorious when UFC 292 concludes.
"I think if 'Sugar' brings his A-game, Aljo brings his A-game, Aljo's gonna win that fight nine times out of ten. Because of the way the rules are set up, because of the way the sport is set up, a great grappler will usually always beat a good striker if the striker is not even close to the same level of grappling. It's just the way it goes 'cause the grappling dictates where the fight goes. There's nothing 'Sugar' can do."
Schaub also noted that he didn't like what O'Malley said during a recent interview with ESPN's Brett Okamoto. He thinks O'Malley saying he planned to survive on the ground with Sterling isn't a good sign.
