There is growing speculation on the future of Brock Lesnar's status with WWE.

Lesnar was last seen on WWE TV at the 2023 SummerSlam PLE event. Cody Rhodes defeated Brock and in the ultimate sign of respect, "The Beast" shook "The American Nightmare's" hand and raised his arm. All was right in the WWE Universe until some more grim details of the Janel Grant case were unearthed.

Now, there is speculation on whether or not Lesnar will ever be seen in a WWE ring again.

BREAKING: Yet Another Massive WWE Title Match Announced For WrestleMania 40

During the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that the stance of top executives in TKO Group Holdings is now that Vince McMahon is out of the picture, the main problem is gone. He then speculated that WWE is waiting until the Janel Grant situation "blows over" before bringing Lesnar back.

It's important to note that Meltzer was under the impression that Lesnar had been removed from the WWE.com roster page and was added back in. It appears Brock wasn't removed from the page to begin with, as mentioned by Andrew Ravens.

The Wall Street Journal reported Lesnar as the unnamed wrestler in Grant's lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE. Brock allegedly requested lewd images and video of Grant, who has accused McMahon of trafficking and sexual abuse during the that time.

Since then, Lesnar has been scrubbed from the WWE 2K24 video game as much as possible, and reported plans for him during the 2024 Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, and WrestleMania 40 were scrapped. Brock still has merchandise available to purchase on WWE Shop.

We'll keep you posted with the latest updates on Brock Lesnar's status with WWE as time rolls along.
