Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou hit back at Dana White following White's extensive tirade directed at Ngannou and his signing to the 'Professional Fighter's League' (PFL), at the UFC Vegas 73 Presser.

Amongst other things, UFC President White alleged that Ngannou is averse to risk, and fled the Jon Jones fight in the UFC. Ngannou responded with a heated string of Tweets:

"What is your problem with me?

"I completed my contract, was a free agent, and chose to walk away. You didn't release me.

"I hate risks? That's why I defended my title to fulfill my contract with no ACL or MCL?"

Ngannou famously fought and defeated Ciryl Gane at UFC 270 with a grade three MCL tear, damaged ACL, and damaged MPFL; all sustained 25 days before the title bout.

"The Predator" continued to decry White's comments on his inactivity in the UFC:

"The reason I fought three times in three years is because you wanted to control my deal and sign a new one [and] freeze me out. "I owe these guys three fights a year." Isn't that what you [White] say? What happened? I always asked for & never said no to any fight in the 3 years.

"I'm finally getting paid and respected, and have a deal that's fair and equal for all parties. Why are you so against me being free and happy?"

Ngannou followed up to his White response with another Tweet, telling White to reach out to PFL CEO Pete Murray if they "really want that Jon Jones fight to happen".

In another Tweet, Ngannou posted a video of White at the UFC 260 (Miocic vs. Ngannou 2) press conference.

White jested that if he were Jones, having seen Ngannou knock Miocic out, "I'd move to 185lbs. [Middleweight]."

"Who is really scared?" Ngannou mocked White in his caption:

Ngannou and White's already tarnished relationship continues to get uglier.
