Joe Rogan has offered up some intriguing analysis on a likely title fight between UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill.

Rogan had UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier as a guest on an episode of the "JRE MMA Show." During the show, Rogan told "DC" that he believes Pereira would be in for a tough task against "Sweet Dreams."

"I think Jamahal Hill's a real challenge for him," Rogan said. "Jamahal's a sniper, man. He finds chins, he's clever, dude."

Cormier went on to tell Rogan about a recent video where Hill claimed he'd knock Pereira out standing. Joe wasn't dismissive of that possible outcome.

"Jamahal's got some nasty hands, man," Rogan said. "He really does have some nasty hands."

Rogan admitted that Hill's opposition up to this point hasn't matched that of Pereira's. With that said, Rogan believes Jamahal has the skills to get the job done.

"You know, I have never seen him fight anybody of that caliber, yet, but I think he's capable," Rogan said. "What he did to Glover was very impressive. Just beat him up. I mean, when you think how Jiri struggled with Glover, and then Jamahal Hill just pieced him up. Oh my God, and it was clever, it was smooth."

Fight fans are left to wait for Hill to be cleared, freeing him up for a title clash against "Poatan." Jamahal was the previous UFC light heavyweight champion, but he had to relinquish the gold after tearing his Achilles tendon.
