Two preliminary fighters on the Bellator 297 card made quite the statements.

Bellator 297 is underway inside the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois. Featured on the preliminary portion were two bouts that didn't last long. Norbert Novenyi Jr. went one-on-one with Kamil Oniszczuk. The bout lasted just 46 seconds as Novenyi flattened Oniszczuk with punches.

With the victory over Oniszczuk, Novenyi improves his pro MMA record to 7-0. He is 6-0 under the Bellator banner. As for Oniszczuk, he falls to 9-3. This is his second loss in a row. He has yet to score a win under the Bellator banner.

The next bout was even shorter. Ramazan Kuramagomedov took on Jaleel Willis in a fight that went a whopping 24 seconds. Kuramagomedov's knee shut the lights off Willis in short order. 

With the win, he is now 11-0 in his pro MMA career. This was Kuramagomedov's Bellator debut. As for Willis, he suffers the fifth loss of his career. He has now gone 1-3 in his last four outings.
