VIDEO: UFC Legend Jim Miller Scores Vicious 23-Second Knockout
Jesse Butler’s UFC debut lasted just 23 seconds as he became Jim Miller’s record 25th win in the Octagon. Both fighters came out firing, but it was a clean left hook from Miller that ended the show.
“When I’m on, I’m dangerous for anyone in the world.”
Miller already held the record for the most fights and wins in UFC history, but this was the fastest finish of his career. Miller has now won four of his last five fights and doesn’t seem to be slowing down at 39-years old. He has mentioned that he wants to fight at UFC 300 in 2024.
There were no call-outs after the fight, but “A-10” said he wants to stay busy.
“I put the goal out there to get to UFC 300, but I want to end my career like I started my career and that’s fighting as often as I can”
Even after all of his fights, Miller still has one thing he wants to do before he retires.

"I need to Kimura somebody. That was my giant-killer in the gym for years, and I’ve never hit it inside the Octagon.”
The fight was a tough break for Butler who took the bout on just two days notice. He carried a five-fight winning streak across multiple promotions before the stoppage. It is unknown at this point if Butler will get a chance, with a full camp, at redemption.
