One prominent WWE name is set to take Friday Night SmackDown by storm with additional scheduled appearances announced.

A lot has been happening on the road to WrestleMania 40. We have already seen the addition of two world title matches as a result of the Elimination Chamber 2024. World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will be putting his gold on the line against Drew McIntyre, while Rhea Ripley's Women's World Championship reign is in jeopardy when she meets Becky Lynch.

Headlining this year's WrestleMania night two inside Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA will be an Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match. Titleholder Roman Reigns, who has been champion for nearly 1,300 days, will put his gold at stake against the 2023 and 2024 Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes.

Now, the road to WrestleMania got even hotter with additional appearances set for this megastar.

Top Hollywood draw and WWE legend The Rock is already scheduled to appear on WWE SmackDown on March 1, but he has now added two more dates. In an Instagram post, Dwayne Johnson announced that he will also be appearing on the March 8 and March 15 episodes of Friday Night SmackDown.

The March 8 episode of the blue brand will emanate from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. On March 15, WWE SmackDown heads to the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Rock was last seen live in front of a WWE audience on the February 16th episode of SmackDown. It was on that night when The Rock officially joined The Bloodline. What "The Great One" will have in store for the next three episodes of Friday Night SmackDown remains to be seen.
