WWE News: Colossal Superstar Returns To WWE SmackDown After Elimination Chamber

An enormous return has been confirmed for WWE SmackDown next week.

One gigantic name has been added to next week's episode of WWE SmackDown.

Tonight's show for the blue brand has been pre-taped, as WWE roster members and staff are on the scene in Perth, Australia for Saturday's Elimination Chamber 2024 PLE. There will be a bevy of top WWE superstars at the event in Western Australia including Cody Rhodes and WWE Raw's World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

Next week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown will be live again, and it'll feature the return of a megastar.

Elimination Chamber 2024: Huge WWE Championship Match Added To Show In Perth

WWE has confirmed that The Rock will return on the March 1 episode of SmackDown. Dwayne Johnson was seen on last week's show being formally welcomed into The Bloodline by the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, who was joined in the ring by "The Wiseman" Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, and Jimmy Uso.

The WWE SmackDown show featuring The Rock will be held inside the Diamond Desert Arena in Glendale, AZ. Johnson isn't likely to play nice with the fans, as he went full heel when he addressed the WWE Universe in Salt Lake City.

You can expect Johnson to have some more words for Cody Rhodes, as well as Seth Rollins in the post-Elimination Chamber edition of WWE's most-watched weekly show. Whether or not this shuts the door on Dwayne Johnson making a surprise appearance in Perth this weekend remains to be seen.
