White appeared on "The Pat McAfee Show" on May 25, where he unveiled the news:
"Well it's not easy to whip out a documentary and do it. We're doing a deal right now with Roku, we're filming a documentary behind the scenes of the UFC, that will come out later this year.
"[It will follow] the whole business. You guys will see all the behind the scenes, we're working on that.
"We're also working on a show right now with Adam Sandler, that's a comedy about working in the offices of the UFC." (Transcript by MMAKnockout)
The office-style comedy show will be produced by Sandler's production company 'Happy Madison', and will provide a comedy-centric insight into the UFC offices. White revealed no planned release date for the TV show.
Dana White's UFC Documentary Will Call Out Media Critics
White appeared on the March 14 episode of "The Gunz Show", where he explained his disdain for media members who critiqued 'Power Slap', and how his new documentary will call them out:
"You have these guys who do nothing, know nothing, they've never built anything, nobody has ever depended on them for a paycheck. And you listen to their opinions or their attacks, or whatever you want to call it.
"It's been fascinating to watch over the last eight weeks. And I believe that because of all the negativity, and the attempt to kill [Power Slap]. We have got guys writing stories about 'Oh the ratings were terrible on TBS [Network], it'll be cancelled after episode two."
Power Slap was dropped from TBS Network after the first season aired. The final episode averaged 220,000 viewers and had a 0.05 rating with the network, which is especially low. As of March 8, Power Slap was rank 106 in the top 150 original cable telecasts.

“It’s official, everybody. Rumble is now the exclusive home of Power Slap,” White announced on Twitter on March 14.
White continued to slam media critics who "have no idea" about his business strategies or practices:
"What the f*** do you people know about ratings. What makes me laugh all the time is --- I say this about the UFC --- I read these stories about these guys that are trying to write stories about our business. You know f***ing less than nothing about our business.
"And then when you talk about Power Slap, you have no idea about the strategy that I've built, the things that I have planned. But to write their opinions about it and talk about how it's going to fail when they have never built a business in their f***ing lives! It's amazing to me."
Elaborating on this upcoming UFC documentary, White explained how it was going to call out media critics:
"I'm doing a much bigger documentary about the media. Where I'm calling people out by name, by the publication who they work for, the whole deal. I can't wait, trust me, this is a passion project for me."
