Henry Cejudo Targets UFC Boogeyman for Comeback Fight: "I'm Here to Win My Title Back"
Former UFC double division champion Henry "The Messenger" Cejudo has highlighted Merab Dvalishvili as an opponent he'd like to fight next.

Cejudo had to drop out from his fight with Marlon Vera at UFC 292 due to a shoulder injury. Since then, he's has been ruminating on his fighting future and who he wants to fight next.
During an interview with MMAJunkie on July 17, Cejudo named one opponent that piques his interest:
"I want to wait for Merab [Dvalishvili], I think that Merab is my best option to get back to the title. Give it to me!"
Cejudo also weighed in on Dvalishvili's pressure wrestling style:
"If you are a wrestler --- like I know where the calves going to have to go --- I know I'm I'm going to have to dedicate that time and It's also going to push me. I'm here to win my title back. So I want Merab, even if it's a five-rounder. ...[If] I beat him, I know I'm ready for that five-round fight once again."

This isn't the first time Cejudo has called for a showdown with Dvalishvili. Cejudo called out the Georgian fighter on Instagram for a fight after his defeat to Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288 on May 7:
"This shit is far from over! [Dana White] I want [Merab Dvalishvili's] head on a plate!"
