Belgaroui (27-7 kickboxing) fought and lost twice to Adesanya, and went 1-2 in a trilogy with Pereira. The "Baby Face Assassin" - now a teammate of Pereira at Teixeira MMA - has fully transitioned to MMA and maintains a record of 5 wins (4KO) and 2 losses (0KO).
The Dutch kickboxer now fights Brazilian standout Marco Tulio on Season 7, Week 4 of DWCS on August 29. With a victory, Belgaroui secures a chance of receiving a UFC contract from UFC President Dana White. In some rare instances, even losers have received contracts.
