Dana White Slams USADA's 'Dirty Scumbag Move' in Fiery Response
UFC CEO Dana White strongly criticized both USADA and Travis Tygart in response to a press release by Tygart on October 11, which indirectly targeted the UFC and its stance on anti-doping.

Tygart, representing USADA, alleged that their relationship with the UFC had become "untenable" with Conor McGregor's reintegration into the testing pool. The USADA CEO indicated that the UFC may have tried to evade anti-doping regulations, referencing UFC higherups and even indirectly acknowledging comments made by Joe Rogan.
A disgruntled White appeared on 'The Pat McAfee Show' on October 12, where called the statement "a dirty move," and accused USADA of "straight up scumbagism":
"It wasn't an announcement. It was a dirty move by [USADA]," White remarked. "There was no announcement [on Oct 11], that was straight up 'scumbagism', what happened yesterday.
"That will all be addressed today, not by me but by [Jeff] Novitzky and our lawyer Hunter Campbell. The you-know-what is about to hit the fan on that one."
White then laid out the UFC's next steps where anti-doping is concerned:
"We would still pay an independent company," White explained. "It's the best way to do it... A lot of people are not happy with USADA... We're working on going a different direction - especially after the dirty scumbag move they pulled yesterday."
The UFC is headed in a new direction - whether it's good or bad remains yet to be seen.
