Video: UFC Announcer Bruce Buffer Introduces Chiefs, 49ers Ahead of Super Bowl LVIII
UFC Octagon announcer Bruce Buffer is a man of many talents.
Buffer's voice is synonymous with milestone events, whether it's at the centerpiece of a major UFC title fight or early prelim or introducing a bride and groom at a wedding.
The 2024 Super Bowl, better known as Super Bowl LVIII, is in Las Vegas on Sunday, with the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the San Francisco 49ers, making Buffer the backdrop for Monday's Opening Night festivities.
Buffer introduced both teams, as the defending champion Chiefs (11-6) won the AFC West before dispatching the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, and Baltimore Ravens en route to their fourth Super Bowl appearance since the 2019-20 NFL season.
The 49ers (14-5) are back in the Big Game for the first time since their first meeting with the Chiefs in 2020, as they are seeking their first Lombardi Trophy since 1994.
As for Buffer, in typical Buffer-like fashion, he delivered the goods the only way he knew how, as seen in the videos below.
Outside of the Super Bowl, it wouldn't be a sports weekend in Las Vegas without combat sports to go along with it.
Teofimo Lopez's Top Rank Boxing return against Jamaine Ortiz culminates on Thursday night, followed by Power Slap 6 on Friday night and UFC Vegas 86 on Saturday.
The UFC event, which takes place from the UFC APEX, is headlined by a middleweight five-round tilt between Jack Hermansson and Joe Pyfer, which should shake up the divisional rankings the following week.
