A new partnership between Furniture Mall of Kansas and Wildcat NIL collective will give Kansas State fans a chance to meet members of the No. 14-ranked women’s basketball team on Saturday.

The partnership, announced on social media, features two appearances by members of the teams at Furniture Mall of Kansas’ two locations.

Members of the women’s basketball team helped announce the appearances, including senior Gabby Gregory, who sat with teammates Jaelyn Glenn, Brylee Glenn, Ayoka Lee and Taryn Sides on furniture provided by Furniture Mall of Kansas.

Appearances are set from 10:30 a.m.-noon in Olathe, Kan., and from 1:30-3 p.m. in Topeka.

Wildcat NIL is the preferred collective for Kansas State sports. Their platform is designed for student-athletes and aspires to deliver effective tactics to athletes with the goal of leveraging NIL policies to promote growth, financial security, and enhanced opportunities.

The appearances should draw a crowd for the Wildcats, who are off to a 6-1 start to the season. Kansas State started the season unranked but are now No. 14 in the country after two Top 25 victories, one of which was over Iowa, led by Hawkeyes star Caitlin Clark, in Iowa City.

The Wildcats and the Hawkeyes had an unexpected rematch on Sunday at the Gulf Coast Showcase, where Iowa was able to avenge the loss.

Gregory was the Wildcats’ leading scorer last season and an All-Big 12 First Team selection. The Wildcats got their leading scorer from two seasons ago, center Ayoka Lee, after she recovered from knee surgery.
