NIL Stars Cavinder Twins Join NBA's 'Twin Night'

Haley and Hanna Cavinder sit courtside for NBA's Thompson twins matchup

Although the Cavinder twins are not currently active college athletes - Haley plans to join TCU for the 2024-25 basketball season, while Hanna has moved on from the sport - their impact across the NIL industry certainly remains.

The Cavinders, who helped lead Miami to the Elite Eight last season, took the NIL world by storm on July 1, 2021 and have since been the case study for what's possible in the space.

With partnerships including Boost Mobile, Champs Sports, Raising Cane’s, Intuit TurboTax, Core Hydration, WWE, PSD Underwear, Six Star Pro Nutrition, Caktus AI, among many others, Haley and Hanna have set the bar for how to build a robust brand portfolio.

The prolific duo rang in the New Year by attending the NBA's first "Twin Night" on Monday, celebrating another set of basketball twins, the Thompsons. Amen of the Houston Rockets and Ausar of the Detroit Pistons - the first siblings to be selected top-10 in the same NBA Draft - faced off for the first time on January 1 in Houston and the Cavinders were courtside for the occasion.

Since their basketball season ended last Spring and they decided to depart Miami, the Cavinder twins have not slowed down. They've launched their own “Twin Talk” podcast, made their WWE television debut, created their own flavor for Bucked Up Energy and secured equity deals with both Seoul Juice and Betr Media/Betr Holdings.

Outside of traditional brand partnerships, they have appeared at multiple Dallas Cowboys game, the NBA Finals, World Series, The Preakness Stakes and the ESPY Awards.

To tip off the holiday season, the twins collaborated with Champs to take 25 kids from the Mesquite Boys & Girls Club near Dallas on a sneaker shopping spree. The Cavinders spoke to Sports Illustrated's FanNation Kicks section about the importance of philanthropy.

With their 4.5 million followers on TikTok, the Cavinder twins continue to build their social media empire and Haley will no doubt be college basketball's top NIL earner next season when she returns to the court for TCU.
