Oregon State Athletics and Beaver Sports Properties - the university's multimedia rights holder - announced a new initiative with Toyota and the Dam Nation Collective, that will support female athletes at the school.

Toyota will maintain year-long involvement with all of OSU's female sports, while serving as a sponsor for the women's basketball program and the FEARLESS Campaign. Through the Dam Nation Collective, the official NIL collective for Oregon State Athletics, each player on the women's basketball team will become a Toyota-sponsored athlete.

The FEARLESS program, which plays an integral role in the Toyota partnership, supports female student-athletes at the school through various fundraising initiatives, inspired by the 50th anniversary of Title IX.

"Toyota's involvement and support of our women's teams and programs is a model for all brands," stated Sara Elcano, Associate Athletic Director of External Operations at Oregon State. "With their partnership in our FEARLESS program and as the presenting sponsor of the women's basketball team this season, this campaign takes them to the next level."

The OSU women's basketball partnership with Toyota was honored on Dec. 31 in OSU's rivalry game against Oregon.

"Toyota truly values and prioritizes their involvement surrounding our female sports," said Lucas Motta, General Manager of Beaver Sports Properties. "Their desire to support and provide a spotlight on the women's basketball program showcases what an authentic integrated partnership can look like."

Beaver Sports Properties is a locally based team of LEARFIELD, a media and technology company that has ties to over 1,200 collegiate institutions and over 15,000 brand partners. Through this campaign with Toyota and the Dam Nation Collective, the hardworking female student-athletes at Oregon State will be benefited, showcasing the transformative power that NIL can have in propelling the progress of female athletics.
