Out2Win Sports, a sports marketing company, organized "content days" for student-athletes at both Syracuse University and Penn State University. The athletes were provided resources to create engaging social media content to attract potential brand partners.

Out2Win Sports was founded by former Syracuse University student, Jack Adler. Adler started the company in 2021 while he was a student at Syracuse. Out2Win has secured multiple brand partnership deals for student-athletes with brands such as Nerf, Oakley, Crocs, and CeraVe.

In the beginning of the fall 2023 semester, Out2Win announced its official partnership with Syracuse Athletics. Through this partnership, Syracuse student-athletes can opt into a personal branding program. The program consists of monthly content days, weekly office hours, and one-on-one brand consultations with Samantha Green–an experienced sports marketing professional and content creation expert.

Out2Win hosted its first content day at Syracuse University in October. With the help of Syracuse University students, different stations were set up for the student-athletes to film and edit content. The student-athletes then posted the content on their social media accounts in an effort to build their personal brands.

Out2Win posted a video highlighting the event on their Instagram account.

Out2Win hosted another content day at Penn State University on Nov. 10 in collaboration with Go Time and TDAY Sports. Representatives from Gatorade, Nerf, and Timex were present to network with the Penn State athletes.

Adler believes that NIL will continue to be led by the emerging market of athlete influencers. He also hinted at a new digital product that Out2Win Sports will be launching in the coming months:

"The future of NIL is through athlete-creators," Adler said. "Out2Win empowers student-athletes to build their personal brands through university partnerships, brand activations, and a digital product coming soon that streamlines the way brands connect with athlete-creators."

In order for student-athletes to monetize their NIL in the world of influencers, athletes need to create high quality content that will attract the attention of brands. This is a difficult task for the average student-athlete whose time is taken up by school and sports.

Universities can now provide the resources for student-athletes to create engaging social media content through partnerships with companies like Out2Win.
