76ers And Nets Injury Reports
On Thursday evening, the Brooklyn Nets will host the Philadelphia 76ers at Barclays Center for Game 3 of their first-round playoff series.
For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports.
The 76ers have listed Jalen McDaniels as questionable, while the Nets have ruled out three-time All-Star Ben Simmons.
The series is 2-0 in favor of the 76ers after they won the first two games on their home floor.
Both wins came by double-digits, and the Nets are in danger of losing in four or five games.
At the beginning of the season, they were seen as title contenders, but they traded away superstars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant in February.
They did an excellent job of finishing as the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 45-37 record, but there is no question that the 76ers have a much better roster.
At home, the Nets have been good, going 23-18 in 41 games hosted in Brooklyn, so they could make the series interesting.
As for the 76ers, they were one of the best teams in the league this season, finishing as the third seed with a 54-28 record.
On the road, they have been fantastic, going 25-16 in the 41 games they have played outside of Philadelphia.
Last season, the 76ers lost to the Miami Heat in the second round of the playoffs, while the Nets got swept by the Boston Celtics in the first round.
The winner of the series will face off with either the Atlanta Hawks or Boston Celtics in the second round.
