On Monday night, the Golden State Warriors are hosting the Washington Wizards in San Francisco at the Chase Center.

For the game, they will have one of their best players in the starting lineup, as 2022 NBA All-Star Andrew Wiggins has been upgraded to available.

Underdog NBA: "Andrew Wiggins (ankle) listed available to play Monday."

Wiggins is in the middle of another solid season with averages of 16.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.2 steals per contest in 36 games.

He is also shooting 46.9% from the field and 39.9% from the three-point range.

The Warriors come into the evening as the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 28-28 record in 56 games.

They are 5-5 in their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game losing streak.

That said, the Warriors are excellent on their home floor, with a 21-7 record in the 28 games they have hosted in San Francisco.

Last season, they won the NBA Championship for the fourth time in eight seasons, so as long as they get into the NBA Playoffs, they will be the team to beat.

Meanwhile, the Wizards are the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 26-29 record in 55 games.

They are 7-3 in their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

However, the Wizards are just 12-17 in the 29 games they have played on the road.

Last season, they dealt with injuries and missed the NBA Playoffs.
