They went 8-2 over their final ten games and are a very solid 23-18 in the 41 games they have hosted on their home floor in Los Angeles, California.

In 2020, James and Davis led the Lakers to the NBA Championship, but they are coming off a season where they went just 33-49 and missed the postseason.

As for the Timberwolves, they went 42-40 and finished as the eighth seed.

They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak but just 20-21 in the 41 games they have played on the road away from the Target Center.
