UPDATE: Anthony Edwards' Current Status For Hornets-Timberwolves Game

On Monday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves will host the Charlotte Hornets at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
For the game, the Timberwolves could be without their best player, as All-Star guard Anthony Edwards was added to the injury report.

Edwards has played in 39 games and is averaging 25.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 46.7% from the field and 37.9% from the three-point range.
The Timberwolves have gotten off to an excellent start to the season and have a 30-12 record in their first 42 games, which has them as the first seed in the Western Conference.
They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 102-97.
In 38 minutes of playing time, Edwards had 19 points, five rebounds and five assists while shooting 6/10 from the field and 1/3 from the three-point range.
Following the Thunder, the Timberwolves will travel to Washington, D.C., to face off against Jordan Poole and the Washington Wizards on Wednesday evening.
As for the Hornets, they are the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 9-31 record in their first 40 games.
They are 2-8 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers by a score of 97-89.
Following the Timberwolves, the Hornets will head to Michigan to face off against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday evening.
