UPDATE: Bilal Coulibaly's Injury Status For Wizards-Bucks Game
UPDATE: Bilal Coulibaly has been ruled out.
On Friday evening, the Washington Wizards will be in Wisconsin to face off against the Milwaukee Bucks.
For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as Bilal Coulibaly is on the injury report.
Via The Wizards: "Update: Bilal Coulibaly (left knee contusion) is questionable for tonight's game in Milwaukee."
Coulibaly was the seventh pick in the 2023 NBA Draft and is averaging 8.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per contest while shooting 50.6% from the field and 43.9% from the three-point range.
The Wizards are 2-12 in their first 14 games which has them as the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are in the middle of a seven-game losing streak and most recently lost to the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 117-114.
In 19 minutes of playing time, Coulibaly had seven points, two assists and one block while shooting 2/6 from the field.
Following the Bucks, the Wizards will play their next game when they host Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks (at home) on Saturday evening.
The Wizards have missed the NBA playoffs for two straight seasons.
As for the Bucks, they are 10-5 in their first 15 games, which has them as the third seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are 7-3 in their previous ten games and most recently lost to Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics by a score of 119-116.
Brook Lopez led the way with 28 points, seven rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.
