UPDATE: Cam Thomas' Injury Status In Clippers-Nets Game
UPDATE: Cam Thomas will be out for at least two weeks.
Via Nets PR: "An MRI performed today on Nets guard Cam Thomas confirmed a left ankle sprain. Thomas will begin a rehabilitation program and be re-evaluated in two weeks."
On Wednesday evening, the Brooklyn Nets are hosting the Los Angeles Clippers at Barclays Center in New York.
During the game, Cam Thomas went to the locker room with an injury.

The Nets have now announced that Thomas will be out for the remainder of the game.
Thomas finished his night with 14 points, two rebounds and one block while shooting 6/14 from the field in 20 minutes of playing time.

Thomas came into the evening with averages of 28.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 48.3% from the field and 33.3% from the three-point range in seven games.
The Nets have gone 3-4 in their first seven games and most recently lost 129-125 to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Following the Clippers, they will play their next game against the Boston Celtics (on Friday) in Massachusetts.
Thomas is in his third season in the NBA (all with the Nets) and has career averages of 10.5 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per contest while shooting 44.3% from the field and 32.1% from the three-point range in 131 regular season games.
As for the Nets, they are coming off a season where they were the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference, and got swept in the first round of the NBA playoffs by the Philadelphia 76ers.
