The game is currently at halftime, and the Knicks lead 61-51.
Randle has played 16 minutes and has 13 points, four rebounds and six assists while shooting 4/9 from the field.
Before the NBA Playoffs began, Randle had missed time due to an ankle injury, but he was able to return for Game 1 and has played in every game of the series so far.
The former Kentucky star has had a fantastic year and is coming off a regular season where he averaged 25.1 points, 10.0 rebounds and 4.1 assists per contest while shooting 45.9% from the field in 77 games.
Coming into Wednesday's game, the Knicks had a 3-1 lead in the series, so they could eliminate the Cavs with a victory on Wednesday night.
If the Cavs are able to survive, Game 6 will be played at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday night.
Whoever wins the series will advance to the second round and face off against either the Milwaukee Bucks or Miami Heat (the series is currently 3-1 in favor of the Heat).
