The Bulls come into the day as the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference, which is the final play-in tournament spot.

They are coming off a season where they made the NBA Playoffs for the first time since 2017 but have been disappointing, with a 35-38 record in 73 games.

Over the last ten games, the Bulls have gone 6-4, and they are 15-21 in the 36 games they have played on the road away from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

As for the Lakers, they are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 37-37 record in 74 games.

They are playing well right now, going 7-3 in their last ten games and winning each of the last three.

At home, the Lakers have been good, with a 21-17 record in 38 games they have hosted in Los Angeles, California.

The franchise won the NBA Championship in 2020 but is coming off a season where they went just 33-49 and missed the postseason.
