Caris LeVert's Injury Status For Cavs-76ers Game
UPDATE: Caris LeVert was ruled out.
On Tuesday evening, the Cleveland Cavaliers will face off against Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers (on the road).
For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as Caris LeVert is on the injury report.
Via Chris Fedor of cleveland.com on Monday: "#Cavs Donovan Mitchell (strained hamstring) is OUT for tomorrow night’s in-season, National TV game against the 76ers. Same with Isaac Okoro (knee soreness) and Ty Jerome (ankle sprain). Caris LeVert (knee soreness) is QUESTIONABLE."
LeVert has played in 11 games this season and is averaging 18.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 42.0% from the field and 31.3% from the three-point range.
The Cavs are 7-6 in their first 13 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and most recently defeated the Denver Nuggets by a score of 121-109.
Following the 76ers, the Cavs will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they host Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat in Ohio.
As for the 76ers, they are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 10-3 record in their first 13 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and most recently defeated the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 121-99.
Following the Cavs, the 76ers will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they visit Karl-Anthony Towns and the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
