FINAL UPDATE: De'Aaron Fox's Injury Status For Kings-Thunder Game
FINAL UPDATE: De'Aaron Fox has been ruled out.
On Tuesday evening, the Sacramento Kings will be in Oklahoma to face off with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as NBA All-Star De'Aaron Fox is questionable on the injury report (wrist).
Chris Biderman of The Sacramento Bee provided an update on the star point guard after shootaround.
Biderman: "Kings say All-Star PG De’Aaron Fox participated in a non-contact portion of this morning’s shootaround outside OKC. He’ll be a game-time decision for tonight’s game against the Thunder with a sore left wrist."
Fox is in the middle of a sensational season with averages of 25.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.1 steals per contest in 55 games (while shooting 51.5% from the field).
Right now, the Kings are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 35-25 record in 60 games.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and are 6-4 in their last ten games.
On the road, the Kings are 17-13 in the 30 games they have played away from Sacramento, California.
The franchise has not been to the NBA Playoffs since the 2006 season, but the drought appears likely to change in 2023.
As for the Thunder, they are the 13th seed in the west with a 28-32 record in 60 games.
They are in the middle of a three-game losing streak and are 4-6 in their last ten games.
At home, the Thunder have been good, going 17-13 in the 30 games they have hosted in Oklahoma.
