UPDATE: De'Aaron Fox is available.

On Wednesday evening, the Sacramento Kings will host the Golden State Warriors for Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.

For the game, De'Aaron Fox is officially listed as questionable on the injury report

That said, Fox met with the media on Tuesday and said that he would likely play.

The former Kentucky star fractured his finger during Game 4 (the team announced on Monday).

Fox has been by far the best player for the Kings during the series and is averaging 31.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.5 steals per contest through the first four games.

After winning Games 1 and 2 in Sacramento, the Kings lost both Games 3 and 4 in San Francisco.

The All-Star point guard has scored 24+ points in all four games and is coming off an impressive regular season where he averaged 25.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 51.2% from the field.

The Kings finished as the third seed in the Western Conference with a 48-34 record and are in the NBA Playoffs for the first time since the 2006 season.

At home, they have been good, going 25-18 in the 43 games they have hosted in Sacramento.

As for the Warriors, the defending NBA Champions have struggled in a big way on the road.

They are just 11-32 in the 43 games they have played away from the Chase Center.

Whoever wins the series will advance to the second round and face off against either the Los Angeles Lakers or Memphis Grizzlies.
