Deandre Ayton's Injury Status For Suns-Jazz Game

Deandre Ayton is on the injury report for Monday's game.

On Monday night, the Phoenix Suns will be in Salt Lake City to face off with the Utah Jazz.

For the game, they will likely have one of their best players back in the lineup, as Deandre Ayton is listed as probable.

The former Arizona star had missed each of the last four games.

Underdog NBA: "Deandre Ayton (hip) probable for Monday."

Ayton comes into the night with solid averages of 18.3 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists per contest in 61 games while shooting 58.9% from the field.

He is in his fifth season in the NBA and has helped the Suns become one of the best teams in the league over the last two seasons.

After making the Finals in 2021, they had the best record (64-18) in the NBA during the 2022 regular season.

Right now, the Suns are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 39-35 record in 74 games.

They are 4-6 in their last ten games and 15-23 in the 38 they have played on the road away from Phoenix.

As for the Jazz, they are 35-39 in 74 games, which has them as the 12th seed in the Western Conference.

They are in the middle of a three-game losing streak and are 4-6 in their last ten games.

That said, the Jazz have been good at home, going 22-15 in the 37 games they have hosted in Salt Lake City.

Last season, they lost in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to the Dallas Mavericks.
