On Tuesday evening, the Atlanta Hawks will host D'Angelo Russell and the Los Angeles Lakers at State Farm Arena in Georgia.

For the game, the Hawks could be without one of their best players, as 2022 NBA All-Star Dejounte Murray is on the injury report.

Murray missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Murray has played in 45 games and is averaging 21.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 46.9% from the field and 38.8% from the three-point range.

The Hawks are 19-27 in their first 46 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and have gone 9-13 in the 22 games they have played in Atlanta.

Following Tuesday's showdown with Los Angeles, the Hawks will remain at home to host Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns on Friday evening at State Farm Arena.

As for the Lakers, they enter the matchup with a 24-24 record in their first 48 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference.

Following Atlanta, they will travel to Boston to face off against Jaylen Brown and the Celtics on Thursday evening.

On the road, the Lakers have gone 7-16 in 23 games.
