On Thursday evening, the Sacramento Kings will host the San Antonio Spurs in California.
For the game, the Kings could be without one of their best players, as Domantas Sabonis is on the injury report.
Via Sean Cunningham of FOX40 News: "Domantas Sabonis was upgraded to questionable and was a full participant at Kings shootaround this morning, ahead of tonight’s game with the Spurs."
Sabonis has played in 54 games and is averaging 20.1 points, 13.2 rebounds and 8.3 assists per contest while shooting 62.2% from the field and 42.6% from the three-point range.
The Kings are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 31-23 record in 54 games.
They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Denver Nuggets by a score of 102-98.
In 38 minutes of playing time, Sabonis had 20 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists and three steals while shooting 9/16 from the field.
Following the Spurs, the Kings will visit Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday evening.
As for the Spurs, they are the 15th seed (last place) in the Western Conference with an 11-44 record in 55 games.
They are 2-8 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Dallas Mavericks by a score of 116-93.
Following Sacramento, the Spurs will visit Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday evening in California.
On the road, the Spurs are 6-23 in 29 games, while the Kings are 15-9 in 24 games at home.
