On Thursday evening, the Cleveland Cavaliers will be in Boston to face off against the Celtics. 

For the game, the Cavs will remain without one of their best players, as Evan Mobley has been ruled out.  

The former USC star has missed each of the previous three games, so this will be his fourth straight out of the lineup.

Mobley has played in 21 games so far this season and is averaging 16.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.5 blocks per contest while shooting 57.3% from the field.

The Cavs are the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 13-11 record in their first 24 games.

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game losing streak. 

Most recently, the Cavs lost to the Celtics (also in Boston) by a score of 120-113 on Tuesday evening. 

Following the Celtics, they will play their next game on Saturday when they host Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks. 

As for the Celtics, they are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 17-5 record in their first 22 games.  

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

In Tuesday's victory, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum led the team with a combined 50 points. 

Following the Cavs, the Celtics will play their next game on Friday evening when they host the Orlando Magic in Boston.
