On Wednesday evening, the Phoenix Suns are hosting the Atlanta Hawks in Arizona. 

For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports (updated as of 6:30 Eastern Time).   

The Hawks have ruled out Tyrese Martin and Donovan Williams, while Trae Young is probable.  

Young missed Monday's 129-125 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers in Oregon, and is averaging 27.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 9.9 assists per contest in 47 games.

Meanwhile, the Suns will be without Devin Booker, Jae Crowder, Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet. 

Josh Okogie has been upgraded to available.  

NBA's official injury report 

This will be the first matchup between the Hawks and Suns of the 2023 NBA season. 

The Hawks are the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 25-26 record in 51 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games but are also in the middle of a two-game losing streak.

On the road, the Hawks have gone 12-15 in the 27 games they have played away from Atlanta, Georgia. 

As for the Suns, they are 27-25 in 52 games, which has them tied with the Golden State Warriors and Dallas Mavericks for the fifth seed in the Western Conference. 

They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and are 6-4 in their last ten games.

At home, the Suns have been outstanding, with a 19-8 record in the 27 games they have hosted in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Last season, the Hawks lost in the first round of the NBA Playoffs, while the Suns lost in the second round.
