UPDATE: Kawhi Leonard's Current Injury Status For Hornets-Clippers Game
UPDATE: Kawhi Leonard has been ruled out (h/t Ohm Youngmisuk).
On Tuesday evening, the Los Angeles Clippers will host the Charlotte Hornets in California.
For the game, the Clippers could remain without one of their best players, as Kawhi Leonard is on the injury report.
Leonard has missed each of the previous two games, so this would be his third straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).
Via ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk on Monday: "Kawhi Leonard (left hip contusion) is questionable to play tomorrow against Charlotte."
Leonard has played in 27 games so far this season and is averaging 24.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 52.1% from the field and 42.9% from the three-point range.
The Clippers are the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 17-12 record in their first 29 games.
They are 8-2 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game losing streak.
Most recently, the Clippers lost to the Boston Celtics by a score of 145-108.
Following the Hornets, they will host Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday in Los Angeles.
At home, the Clippers have gone 11-4 in 15 games.
As for the Hornets, they are the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 7-20 record in their first 27 games.
They are 1-9 over their last ten games and in the middle of a seven-game losing streak.
Following the Clippers, the Hornets will remain in Los Angeles to face off against LeBron James and the Lakers on Thursday.
