Key Golden State Warriors Player Injured Against Celtics

On Tuesday evening, the Golden State Warriors are hosting the Boston Celtics in San Francisco.
During the game, rookie Brandin Podziemski got injured, and he will not return for the remainder of the evening.
Podziemski finished his night with five points, five rebounds, one assist and one steal while shooting 2/4 from the field and 1/3 from the three-point range in 16 minutes of playing time.

Podziemski was the 19th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft and has become an important role player for the Warriors.
The 20-year-old came into the evening with averages of 8.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest while shooting 45.5% from the field and 40.4% from the three-point range in 20 games.
Tuesday's game was his fourth straight in the starting lineup.

The Warriors are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 12-14 record in their first 26 games.
They have struggled to start the season but are playing better as of late and have won each of their last two games.
Most recently, the Warriors defeated the Portland Trail Blazers by a score of 118-114 in Oregon.
Podziemski had ten points, five rebounds, five assists and one steal while shooting 4/8 from the field in 33 minutes of playing time.
