UPDATE: Kristaps Porzingis' Current Injury Status For Celtics-Lakers Game

On Monday afternoon, the Boston Celtics will face off against the Los Angeles Lakers in California.
For the game, the Celtics could be without one of their best players, as 2018 NBA All-Star Kristaps Porzingis is on the injury report.
Porzingis missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Porzingis has played in 20 games so far this season and is averaging 19.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.8 blocks per contest while shooting 52.9% from the field and 35.0% from the three-point range.
The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 22-6 record in their first 28 games.
They are 8-2 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak.
Following the Lakers, the Celtics will host Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons on Thursday evening in Boston, Massachusetts.
As for the Lakers, they are 16-14 in their first 30 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference.
They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 129-120.
Following the Celtics, the Lakers will host the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday evening in Los Angeles, California.
