FINAL UPDATE: Kristaps Porzingis is available for Friday's game.   

UPDATE: Jay King of The Athletic reported more information on Kristaps Porzingis' status.  

Via King: "Kristaps Porzingis said he hopes to play tonight."

UPDATE: Jay King of The Athletic reported that Kristaps Porzingis was at shootaround on Friday morning. 

Via King: "Jaylen Brown and Kristaps Porzingis are shooting around as the Celtics open up for media availability."

On Friday evening, the Boston Celtics will be in Canada to face off against the Toronto Raptors. 

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as Kristaps Porzingis is on the injury report.  

Porzingis also missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight game out of the lineup (if he doesn't play). 

Via Underdog NBA: "Kristaps Porzingis (knee) listed questionable for Friday."

Porzingis is in his first season with Boston and is averaging 19.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.3 blocks per contest while shooting 56.5% from the field and 40.8% from the three-point range. 

The Celtics are off to a fantastic start to the season and are 9-2 in their first 11 games. 

They are in the middle of a four-game winning streak and the first seed in the Eastern Conference.   

Following the Raptors, the Celtics will play their next game on Sunday when they visit the Memphis Grizzlies.

As for the Raptors, they are 5-6 in their first 11 games, which has them tied for the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference.  

Most recently, they lost to the Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 128-112. 

Following the Celtics, the Raptors will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they visit the Detroit Pistons in Michigan.
