Kyle Kuzma's Injury Status For Bucks-Wizards Game

Kyle Kuzma has been ruled out for Sunday's game.

On Sunday night, the Washington Wizards are hosting the Milwaukee Bucks in Washington, D.C.

For the game, they will be without one of their best players, as NBA Champion Kyle Kuzma has been ruled out due to a knee injury.

Underdog NBA: "Kyle Kuzma (knee) listed out Sunday."

Kuzma is in the middle of a very productive season with averages of 21.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest in 58 games (while shooting 44.4% from the field).

The Wizards come into the night with a 30-33 record in 63 games, which has them as the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference (the final play-in tournament spot).

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and 15-14 in the 29 games they have hosted at home.

Meanwhile, the Bucks had been on a 16-game winning streak before losing 133-130 to the Philadelphia 76ers (at home) on Saturday night.

They are still the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 45-18 record in 63 games.

On the road, the Bucks are 18-12 in 30 games played outside of Wisconsin.

In 2021, they won the NBA Championship, and last season, they lost in the second round of the playoffs.

The Bucks and Wizards last faced off in January (in Wisconsin), and the Bucks won 123-113.

Two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo put up an outstanding 55 points, ten rebounds and seven assists in 37 minutes of playing time.

Kuzma played 34 minutes and had 20 points, four rebounds and two assists in the loss.
