FINAL UPDATE: Lakers And Nets Injury Reports
FINAL UPDATE: Ben Simmons and T.J. Warren have been ruled out, while Lonnie Walker IV is available.
On Monday night, the Los Angeles Lakers and Brooklyn Nets are facing off at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
For the game, the two teams have announced their injury reports (updated as of 3:30 Eastern Time).
The Lakers have ruled out Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Scotty Pippen Jr., Austin Reaves and Cole Swider.
Lonnie Walker IV is listed as probable.
Meanwhile, the Nets will be without David Duke Jr., Kevin Durant, Kessler Edwards and Dru Smith.
Ben Simmons is questionable and T.J. Warren is doubtful.
Unfortunately, most of the stars will not be in action (Durant, Davis and James), but Kyrie Irving will be in the starting lineup and he has played outstanding over the last few weeks.
The Lakers come into the night with a 23-27 record in 50 games, which has them as the 13th seed in the Western Conference.
They are 4-6 in their last ten games and 10-15 in the 25 games they have played on the road.
As for the Nets, they are 30-19 in 49 games, which has them as the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference.
At home, they have gone 14-8 in the 22 games they have hosted at Barclays Center.
Earlier this season, the two teams faced off in Los Angeles, and the Lakers won 116-103.
Last season, the Lakers missed the NBA Playoffs, while the Nets got swept in the first round by the Boston Celtics.
Both teams had been seen as title contenders with the elite talent they have on their rosters.
