UPDATE: LeBron James' Current Injury Status For Lakers-Pistons Game

LeBron James is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will be in Michigan to face off against the Detroit Pistons.   

For the game, four-time NBA Champion LeBron James is on the injury report.  

Via Underdog NBA: "LeBron James (calf) listed questionable for Wednesday."

James has played in 17 games so far this season and is averaging 25.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 56.3% from the field and 39.2% from the three-point range. 

The Lakers are 10-8 in their first 18 games, which has them as the seventh seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 7-3 over their previous ten games but most recently lost to the Philadelphia 76ers by a score of 138-94.  

In 30 minutes of playing time, James had 18 points, five assists, one steal and one block while shooting 8/12 from the field and 1/1 from the three-point range. 

James is in his sixth season with Los Angeles and is still among the ten best players in the NBA at 38 years old. 

Following the Pistons, the Lakers will visit the Oklahoma City Thunder in Oklahoma on Thursday evening. 

As for the Pistons, they are 2-15 in their first 17 games, which has them as the 15th seed in the Eastern Conference.  

They are currently the worst team in the NBA and in the middle of a 14-game losing streak.  

Following the Lakers, the Pistons will visit Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Thursday evening in Manhattan.
