Whoever wins will advance to the NBA playoffs as the seventh seed, while the loser will play another play-in tournament game for a chance to be the eighth seed.
For the game, the Lakers have listed four-time NBA Champion LeBron James as probable on the injury report, so he should be available to play.

James finished the regular season with averages of 25.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 54.0% from the field and 41.0% from the three-point range in 71 games.
At 39, he still remains among the best ten players in the league.
The Lakers are the eighth seed in the Western Conference and had a 47-35 record.
They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak.
Last season, the Lakers were the seventh seed and defeated the Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors in the first two rounds of the NBA playoffs.
However, they lost to the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals (in four games).
As for New Orleans, they are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 49-33 record.
They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games.
Last season, the Pelicans lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the play-in tournament and missed the 2023 NBA playoffs.
