UPDATE: LeBron James is available.

On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will face off with the Los Angeles Clippers at Crypto.com Arena.

For the game, they could be without their best player, as LeBron James is on the injury report listed as questionable.

Underdog NBA: "LeBron James (foot) questionable Wednesday."

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, James will likely be a game-time decision.

Via Charania: "Lakers stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis are expected to be game-time decisions tonight vs. Clippers, per source."

The four-time NBA Champion is in the middle of another sensational season with averages of 28.9 points, 8.4 rebounds and 6.8 assists per contest in 52 games while shooting 50.0% from the field.

At 38, he still remains among the ten best players in the league and led the Lakers to the NBA Championship in 2020.

That said, they are coming off a season where they went 33-49 and missed the postseason.

Right now, the Lakers are one of the hottest teams in the league.

They are 7-3 in their last ten games and in the middle of a four-game winning streak.

Currently, the Lakers are 41-38 in 79 games, which has them tied with the Clippers for the sixth seed (the final guaranteed playoff spot) in the Western Conference.

Therefore, whoever wins the game will have sole possession of the sixth seed.

Over the last ten games, the Clippers are 5-5, and they are in the middle of a two-game losing streak.

The two teams last faced off in January, and the Clippers won 133-115.
